For course registration, On-Site Training and further
information, please call 1-888-89-EDGAR or 1-212-894-8900 and select option 1.
Rescheduling, Cancellation and Refund Policies
- Unfortunately refunds cannot be provided for not attending class without
advanced written notification.
- You can reschedule to another date by contacting your CT Account
Executive.
- You will incur no additional fees if you provide a minimum of 4
weeks notice from the date of your confirmed class.
- You will be charged a $250 rescheduling fee if you reschedule
between 2 to 4 weeks of your confirmed class.
- You will be charged a $500 rescheduling fee if you reschedule
with less than 2 weeks notice of your confirmed class.
- You can cancel your confirmed training by contacting your CT Account
Executive.
- You will be refunded your enrollment less a $250 cancellation fee
if you cancel between 2 to 4 weeks of your confirmed class.
- You will be refunded your enrollment less $500 if you cancel with
less than 2 weeks notice of your confirmed class.
- You will be refunded the full amount if you provide a minimum of
4 weeks notice from the date of your confirmed class.
- Full refunds will be given only in the event that CT CORPORATION, EDGAR
Training cancels a class. You may reschedule to another class, and no
rescheduling fee will be charged.
- CT EDGAR Solutions and CT EDGAR Operations personnel assume no responsibility
for arranging make-up classes or issuing refunds for classes missed as a
result of illness, emergencies or other events beyond our control.
