Our Process

CT EDGAR Specialists are ready 24 hours a day, 5 days a week to meet your deadlines. To get started:

Step 1:

Send us your document

Step 2:

Review the File Submission Instruction Form and complete a Job Request Form, available from this site. If more information is necessary, a CT Service Bureau Customer Service Representative (CSR) will follow-up with you.

Step 3:

Review the document. A CSR will return the formatted filing for you to review prior to its submission to the SEC. If you request changes, CT will send a final PDF to approve prior to filing.

Step 4:

Send us your approval. Please sign the Filing Authorization Form and fax to us at 212-894-8987. Upon receipt, the Service Bureau will transmit your filing live to the SEC.

Step 5:

Confirmation of Filing. CT includes your e-mail address with each filing. Once your filing is accepted, you will receive a confirmation e-mail directly from the SEC.
