Transform Form SH Information Tables to XML

In EDGAR Ease+ 2.2.1, we’ve given you everything you need to comply with the SEC’s new XML format Form SH disclosure requirement.  A wizard interface is provided in your new software which makes it fast and easy to import an Excel Form SH Information Table, map each column to its appropriate XML element (per the SEC’s Form SH XML Specification), and save the data to the required XML format.

Please note that filing Form SH Information Tables in XML format (and not in HTML or ASCII) is mandatory starting with Form SH filings due by November 7.
